Work closely with Scanimart's operations team to support retailer onboarding, customer assistance, process management, and operational excellence initiatives.
What you will do
- Support retailer onboarding activities
- Assist customers and partners with queries
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Help improve operational workflows
