About the role
Scanimart is looking for energetic and confident Store Promoters to help customers discover and use the Scanimart app inside partner retail stores. You will be the face of Scanimart on the ground, educating shoppers about Scan & Go checkout, assisting with app onboarding, promoting offers and rewards, and helping retailers increase customer engagement.
This internship is ideal for students and freshers who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and retail technology.
What you will do
- Approach and engage customers inside partner stores.
- Explain Scanimart's Scan & Go shopping experience.
- Help customers install, register, and use the Scanimart app.
- Promote cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and referral programs.
- Assist customers during their first purchase using Scanimart.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the Growth Team.
- Maintain daily activity and performance reports.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily and weekly customer acquisition targets.
- Represent Scanimart professionally and positively at all times.
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Diploma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
- Hindi fluency required; English communication is a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in retail environments and stand for extended periods.
- Prior sales, marketing, promotion, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
